From May 13–15 we welcomed more than 1,200 visitors to our booth at Beautyworld Japan 2024. Under the theme “New beauty standards from Asia,” we showcased new Korean brand launches alongside Shinshoji originals.

What visitors said

  • Trust in compliant lineups: Buyers appreciated seeing products already localized for the Japanese market.
  • Solutions for salon challenges: Pairing treatment programs with promotional support helped them visualize implementation.

Actions going forward

  • Expanded demo tours: We will host traveling demonstrations so salons across Japan can experience the treatments.
  • Multilingual materials: English and Chinese pitch decks will be refreshed by year-end based on buyer feedback.
  • Co-development projects: Several new product collaborations with domestic and international partners are now underway.
